Description

Keep your ride controlled and composed with the KYB Excel-G Suspension Strut 234025, a nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube unit built for the front left position. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the 1985-1988 Chevrolet Nova and the 1984-1988 Toyota Corolla — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level applications. Excel-G carries KYB's OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket) classification, made on the same KYB OE assembly lines and calibrated to restore the vehicle's originally designed damping rather than change it.

Designed to restore control: helps return the vehicle's original ride control, handling, and stability as engineered.
Triple lip fluid seal: reduces the chance of oil and gas leaking out.
Vehicle-specific valving: hand-assembled, in-house damping valves manage tire contact, steering response, and body movement.
Strong strut body: thick strut bodies and brackets minimize flex to help maintain correct alignment.
