Nugeon Disc Brake Caliper P/N:99-17784A
Nugeon 99-17946B rear left brake caliper for the 2007-2010 Ford Edge and other vehicles clamps the brake pads against the rotor to slow the wheel. This remanufactured Nugeon brake caliper takes the place of a seized or leaking one at that wheel.
A failing caliper can show up as pulling to one side under braking, a dragging brake or fluid around the boot. Similar signs can come from a seized slide or a worn brake hose, so when the wheel is off for brake service, inspect the pads, rotor and hose to find the cause first. Calipers on one axle are usually replaced in pairs; this listing is one.
This is a rear brake caliper for the left side of the 2007-2010 Ford Edge, the 2007-2012 Mazda CX-7 and the 2007-2010 Lincoln MKX. At that wheel the 2007-2010 Ford Edge takes one caliper; the rear right side is ordered separately.
