PowerStop Disc Brake Caliper P/N:L4918A
PowerStop L4918 front right brake caliper for the 2005-2007 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and other vehicles clamps the brake pads against the rotor to slow the wheel. Like other Autospecialty by PowerStop brake calipers, it bolts on directly in place of the original stock caliper.
A disc brake caliper that sticks or leaks may show up as the vehicle pulling to one side, uneven pad wear or brake fluid around the wheel. Before you replace this caliper, rule out worn pads or a damaged brake hose, since either one can also make a vehicle pull. If the caliper is the cause, this one replaces it.
The 2005-2007 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, the 2005-2007 GMC Sierra 1500 and the 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe take this front right brake caliper, and so do other vehicles. Each side of the front axle takes one caliper; this listing is the front right, and the front left is a separate part that is normally replaced at the same time.
