Standard Ignition Accelerator Pedal Sensor P/N:APS620
Standard Ignition APS399 accelerator pedal sensor for the 2011-2018 Ram 1500 and other vehicles sends pedal position data to the ECU. It is made to work with the electronic throttle control system in Chrysler vehicles.
A worn or failing sensor can mean a warning light, hesitation when you press the pedal or reduced power. Before replacing it, look over the connector and wiring with the engine off for bent pins, corrosion or damaged insulation, since a damaged connector or wiring can give similar symptoms.
Besides the 2011-2018 Ram 1500, this accelerator pedal sensor is a direct-fit replacement for the 2011-2026 Ram 2500 and the 2009-2010 Dodge Ram 1500. Open the "Vehicles it fits" section to check your exact model and engine. The 2011-2018 Ram 1500 takes one.
