Standard Ignition Cruise Control Distance Sensor P/N:CCD15
Standard Ignition CCD79 cruise control distance sensor for the 2018-2020 Ford F-150 V6 2.7L, 3.0L, 3.3L, 3.5L or V8 5.0L and other vehicles measures the distance to the vehicle ahead for the cruise control system.
A cruise control that will not set, or a warning message on the dash, can have several causes, and a worn or damaged distance sensor is one of them. Before buying, look over the sensor face and its plug with the engine off for cracks, dirt or bent pins; a damaged plug or wiring is another possible cause. A shop can run the electronic tests. Only one sensor goes on the vehicle.
This sensor is a direct-fit OE replacement for the 2018-2020 Ford F-150 V6 2.7L, 3.0L, 3.3L, 3.5L or V8 5.0L, the 2018-2020 Ford Mustang 4-cylinder 2.3L, V8 5.0L or 5.2L and the 2018-2020 Ford Expedition V6 3.5L.
