A power window switch is the control you press to raise or lower the glass, and it controls the power window motor that moves the window. Signs this part may need replacing include a front left window that does not respond when the switch is pressed, works only intermittently, or has a switch that feels sticky or loose. A failed motor, regulator, or wiring fault can cause similar symptoms, so diagnose the cause before replacing. If the original switch is at fault, DWS2089 replaces it.
