Standard Ignition Evaporative Emissions System Leak Detection Pump P/N:LDP09
Keep your fuel-vapor system sealed and self-monitored with the Standard Ignition Evaporative Emissions System Leak Detection Pump LDP67. On EVAP-equipped vehicles, the leak detection pump pressurizes the evaporative emissions system so the engine control module can verify the fuel-vapor containment is sealed and flag a diagnostic trouble code if it senses a leak. It installs as a direct-fit replacement for a wide range of 2004-2014 Toyota and Suzuki applications, including the Suzuki Grand Vitara [L4-2.4L] and SX4 [L4-2.0L], plus the Toyota Avalon [V6-3.5L], Camry [L4-2.4L, L4-2.5L, V6-3.5L], Corolla [L4-1.8L, L4-2.4L], RAV4, Highlander, Sequoia, Tacoma, Tundra, Sienna, Matrix, Venza and Yaris — see the Buyer's Guide tab for the full year-and-engine list.
Because EVAP faults can stem from a loose fuel cap, cracked hose, or a leaking canister as well, diagnose the system before replacing parts. If the leak detection pump is confirmed as the cause, LDP67 replaces it. Manufacturer part number LDP67.
What does the LDP67 leak detection pump do?
It pressurizes the vehicle's evaporative emissions (EVAP) system so the engine control module can check whether the fuel-vapor containment is sealed and set a trouble code if a leak is detected.
What vehicles does the LDP67 fit?
It is a direct-fit replacement for 27 applications, including many 2004-2014 Toyota models (Camry, Corolla, RAV4, Tundra, Tacoma and more) and the Suzuki Grand Vitara and SX4. See the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list.
What are the signs this pump may need replacing?
A check engine light or stored EVAP-related trouble codes are signs this pump may need replacing, but only after other EVAP causes, such as a loose fuel cap or cracked hose, are ruled out.
Will replacing this fix my EVAP check engine light?
An EVAP code can also come from a loose fuel cap, cracked hose, or leaking canister. If the leak detection pump is diagnosed as the cause, LDP67 replaces it; confirm the fault first.
How many do I need per vehicle?
The listed applications use one pump each (quantity 1 per application). Confirm your vehicle in the Buyer's Guide tab before ordering.
