When turning the key no longer brings the dash to life or engages the starter, a worn ignition switch may be the cause. The Standard Ignition Starter Switch US-701 is a direct-fit replacement for the 2006-2014 Honda Ridgeline. It is the electrical switch the ignition key operates. It routes power to the ignition and accessory circuits and signals the starter when you turn the key to start.

Signs this part may need replacing: the engine does not crank when the key is turned, the engine stalls while driving, or the dash lights and accessories flicker or cut out when the key is moved.
