Standard Ignition Neutral Safety Switch P/N:NS-621
Standard Motor Products
Standard Ignition NS-534 neutral safety switch for the 2005-2009 Kia Sorento and other vehicles allows starting only in Park or Neutral. Made to OE spec and tested to meet or exceed OE performance, it replaces a damaged original and restores neutral safety function.
A vehicle that will not crank in Park or Neutral, or that cranks in another gear, can mean the switch has failed. A weak battery, a worn starter or a misadjusted shift linkage can also produce a no-crank problem, so find the cause before buying a new switch.
It is a direct-fit switch for the 2005-2009 Kia Sorento, the 2010-2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe and the 2009 Kia Borrego; each takes one.
