Standard Ignition TBC-519 turbocharger for the 2000-2004 Volkswagen Jetta 4-cylinder 1.9L and other vehicles uses exhaust flow to push extra air into the engine. It is a new, direct-fit OE replacement tested to OE specifications.
A worn turbocharger can show up as lost power, a whining noise or oil leaking from the unit. These signs alone do not prove the turbocharger is the problem, since a split boost hose can also leave the engine feeling weak.
