Standard Ignition Vapor Canister P/N:CP3240
Standard Ignition CP3411 vapor canister for the 2013-2016 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG V8 5.5L and other vehicles holds fuel vapor from the evaporative emission system. It is specially engineered for higher-mileage Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
A fuel smell or an evaporative emission fault code can point to a canister problem. Before you replace the canister, rule out a loose fuel cap, a cracked vapor hose or a purge valve fault, since any of those can also set an evaporative code. Only one canister goes on the vehicle.
The 2013-2016 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG V8 5.5L, the 2011-2012 GL550 V8 5.5L and the 2013 GL550 V8 4.7L, and the 2010-2013 G550 V8 5.5L all take this canister as a direct-fit replacement, and so do other vehicles.
