Standard Ignition Vapor Canister P/N:CP3202
Help keep fuel vapors contained within your evaporative emission system with the Standard Ignition Fuel Vapor Canister CP427. It is a direct-fit OE replacement for many Chrysler and Dodge vehicles, among them the 2003-2007 Dodge Grand Caravan, 2003-2007 Chrysler Town & Country and 2003-2007 Dodge Caravan; see the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list.
The vapor canister is part of the EVAP system. It captures and holds fuel vapor from the tank so the vapor can later be drawn into the engine and burned, rather than venting to the atmosphere.
Signs this part may need replacing: a raw fuel odor around the vehicle, a check engine light with an EVAP-related code, or trouble refueling because the pump nozzle keeps clicking off. These symptoms can have other causes, so diagnose the EVAP system first. If a failed canister is the cause, CP427 replaces it.
