- Hardware provided: includes a part-specific slotted castle nut, an easy snap cotter pin, and both 180-degree and 90-degree SAE grease fittings. Pre-applied nylok thread adhesive helps keep fasteners secure and vibration resistant.
Signs a ball joint may need replacing include clunking or knocking over bumps, loose or wandering steering, uneven tire wear and noticeable play in the joint. If a worn front upper ball joint is the cause, this part replaces it on the listed applications. You can use the included grease fittings to lubricate the joint during routine service.
