Restore factory ride control with the KYB Gas-a-just High Pressure Monotube Gas Shock Absorber (P/N KG4530). This KYB shock absorber is offered as a front OE monotube replacement designed to bring back your Mercedes-Benz's original damping capabilities. It uses two separate working chambers — an air-free hydraulic piston and valve area for responsiveness and control, plus a high-pressure nitrogen gas area with a floating piston that supports a comfortable ride during normal driving and adds performance on demand.

• Monotube design: Separates the gas and oil for fade-free operation and instant response.
• Added damping: Provides up to 25% more damping performance over original equipment shocks, with components and valving designed specifically for your Mercedes-Benz — helpful for vehicles that work, tow, or run larger, heavier tires and wheels.
• Triple chrome plated piston rod: An ultra-smooth chrome piston rod helps reduce seal wear, since fluid leaking can be a cause of shock failure.
• Safety systems: Helps keep Electronic Safety Systems performing as designed, since they depend on the suspension, brakes and tires operating as the manufacturer intended.

Sold individually; replacing shocks as an axle pair is recommended for balanced ride control.
