It is a replacement for the 1974-1997 and 2017-2020 Toyota Land Cruiser, the 2005-2007 Toyota Sequoia and the 1996-1997 Lexus LX450. The catalog lists it for four driveshaft positions: the front and rear joints of both the front shaft and the rear shaft.
