Brake Pad for 1998-2004 Volvo C70 & More - Bosch BP31

Designed for lower-noise stops, the Bosch QuietCast BP31 is a Bosch brake pad set backed by Bosch's OE heritage dating back to 1927. It is a direct-fit application for many vehicles, among them the 1970-1976 Porsche 914, the 1974-1983 Mercedes-Benz 240D and the 1985-1989 Lamborghini Countach. • Copper-free friction formula: Bosch uses an advanced aerospace alloy in its patented copper-free friction formula, which complies with 2025 copper-free legislation. Bosch engineers formulate and test the friction material.
• OE-style rubber core shim: The multilayer shims come pre-attached and are bonded rubber to steel. They are designed for lower noise, added strength and corrosion resistance.
• Powder-coated backing plate: Helps prevent rust and corrosion on the backing plate.
• Synthetic lubricant included: Bosch supplies it with every application to help reduce resistance at the sliding contact points.

A protective transfer layer is designed to help extend pad and rotor life. For even, balanced braking, replace the pads on both sides of an axle together.
