Bosch 18272 right oxygen sensor for the 2016-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 V8 5.3L or 6.2L and other vehicles measures the oxygen left in the exhaust and sends air-fuel-ratio readings to the ECU. The ECU uses those readings to keep combustion stable and emissions down.
