Description

It is a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications, and CARDONE's proprietary engineering processes are designed so that it meets O.E. form, fit and function. The design draws on CARDONE's long experience testing and engineering CV drive axles. The company studied why original CVs typically fail and designed solutions intended to avoid a repeat failure.

Neoprene boots: designed with additional bellows where needed to resist bellow stress and ozone cracking, the leading cause of boot failure.
Verified shaft and measurements: every shaft is individually checked for straightness to help minimize vibration, and axle measurements are validated after assembly for a proper fit.
Sealed and greased: pneumatically crimped boot clamps seal the boot to the housing, and the grease is made to withstand high-temperature, high-torque demands.
