Description

Replace a worn or leaking caliper with the A1 CARDONE Remanufactured Disc Brake Caliper 19-B2780A, a direct-fit rear left caliper for the 2007-2012 Nissan Altima and the 2007-2008 Nissan Maxima. Supplied as a remanufactured unloaded caliper with its mounting bracket, this A1 CARDONE caliper is expertly rebuilt to rigorous quality standards with brand-new premium components.

100% pressure-tested: every remanufactured unit is fully pressure-tested for consistent brake performance.
New EPDM seals & durable piston: rubber seals are replaced with new high-temperature EPDM rubber, and the piston resists cracking and pitting under load.
Hardware included: ships with new hardware, new bleeder screws, and — where applicable — new banjo bolts, washers, stainless steel clips and mounting pins; the caliper bracket is included.
Protected finish: treated with a special rust inhibitor and kept in the original equipment finish, with a plastic cap plug guarding the brake port thread.

The caliper houses the hydraulic piston that presses the pads against the rotor to slow the wheel. Signs it may need replacing include fluid seepage at the caliper, a sticking or dragging piston, or uneven pad wear. As an unloaded caliper, brake pads are not included.
