This disc brake caliper ships unloaded, so brake pads are not included, and it comes with its mounting bracket. CARDONE remanufactures each unit to strict quality and performance standards and fits it with brand-new premium components.
- Pressure-tested: Every caliper is 100% pressure-tested before it ships.
- New seals and bleeder: The rubber seals are replaced with new high-temperature EPDM rubber, and a new bleeder screw provides trouble-free bleeding and a positive seal.
- Durable pistons: The pistons resist cracking and pitting and handle heavy loads.
- Protected finish: The caliper is treated with a specially formulated rust inhibitor and kept in its original equipment finish. A plastic cap plug protects every brake port thread until installation.
New banjo bolts, washers, stainless steel hardware clips and mounting pins are included where the application calls for them. CARDONE's remanufacturing process uses 80% less energy and raw material than making a new part.
The caliper is sold individually. For a 2001-2004 Hyundai Elantra brake caliper replacement or any other listed application, replacing both calipers on the axle together is recommended for balanced braking.
