Delphi Fuel Pump Module Assembly P/N:FG0008
Delphi FG1845 fuel pump module for the 2005-2006 Chevrolet Equinox V6 3.4L and other vehicles moves fuel from the tank toward the engine. The module, also called a fuel pump assembly, carries a float arm that reads the tank level for the gas gauge.
Hard starting or a fuel gauge that reads wrong can mean the module is wearing out. Before you replace it, rule out a dirty fuel tank and other faults in the fuel system, and clean the tank when the new module goes in.
The 2005-2006 Chevrolet Equinox V6 3.4L takes one module, as do the 2004-2006 Saturn Vue 4-cylinder 2.2L or V6 3.5L and the 2006 Pontiac Torrent V6 3.4L.
