Description

Keep your air conditioning system clean and dry with the Four Seasons A/C Accumulator 33073. It drops in as a direct-fit replacement for the 1991-1996 Ford Escort and 1991-1996 Mercury Tracer — see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level details.

The accumulator / filter drier sits on the low-pressure side and does two jobs: it removes moisture and contaminants from the refrigerant that flushing cannot clear, and it uses an internal desiccant bag to absorb moisture from the system. If your original unit is saturated or contaminated, replacing it restores proper filtration and drying.

Desiccant drying: a desiccant bag absorbs moisture to help protect the A/C system.
Filtration: removes moisture and contaminants that can't be removed by flushing.
Leak-resistant build: quality welds for a durable, leak-free design.
Install-ready: the necessary gaskets, o-rings and seal are included.
