Description

Put a freshly remanufactured caliper back to work on the front axle with the Raybestos R-Line Remanufactured Semi-Loaded disc brake caliper, part number FRC11549. This non-plated, fixed-type caliper uses hydraulic pressure to press the brake pads against the rotor. It fits many Toyota models, among them the 2000-2006 Toyota Tundra, 2003-2005 Toyota 4Runner and 2001-2007 Toyota Sequoia; see the "Vehicles it fits" section for the full list.

R-Line calipers are remanufactured OE units. Every rubber and sealing component is replaced with new material, and the castings and other reusable parts are carefully inspected before they go back into service. Each caliper is rigorously tested for braking performance.

New wear components: Seals, boots, bleeder screws, abutment hardware, banjo bolts and O-rings are replaced with new materials. This is intended to provide leak-free operation.
EPDM70 rubber: The rubber components are chosen for heat resistance, performance and durability.
OE-matched materials: Materials match OE specifications and vehicle-specific designs.
Pressure tested: Every unit is 100% pressure tested.

Specifications: fixed caliper type; cast iron casting; caliper piston diameter of 1.787 in (45.4 mm); M7x1 bleeder screw thread; non-plated. It is cataloged for the front left and front right positions, with a quantity of one per application. It is sold individually, and replacing both front calipers together is recommended for balanced braking. Country of origin: Mexico.
