Description

Restore firm, dependable clamping force at the front wheels with the Raybestos R-Line Remanufactured Semi-Loaded Disc Brake Caliper (FRC11549). It installs as a front-position, direct-fit replacement for the listed applications: the 2000-2006 Toyota Tundra, 2001-2007 Toyota Sequoia, 2003-2005 Toyota 4Runner, and 2007-2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser [All].

This is a remanufactured OE caliper. New rubber and sealing components are installed while the castings, guide pins, and brackets are carefully inspected before being re-used, and every unit is rigorously tested for reliable braking performance.

New sealing components: seals, boots, bleeder screws, abutment hardware, banjo bolts, and O-rings are replaced with new materials for leak-free operation.
EPDM70 rubber components: chosen for heat resistance, performance, and durability; silicone boots are used on heavy-duty applications where applicable.
Fixed caliper design: cast-iron casting with a 1.787 in (45.4 mm) piston and an M7x1 bleeder screw; materials match OE specifications.
