Raybestos R-Line non-plated calipers start as OE parts. They are remanufactured with all-new rubber and sealing components, including seals, boots and bleeders. Castings, guide pins and brackets are each carefully inspected before they are reused, and every caliper is rigorously tested.
- New replacement parts: The seals, boots, bleeder screws, abutment hardware, banjo bolts and O-rings are replaced with new materials, intended for leak-free operation.
- EPDM70 rubber: The rubber components are EPDM70, which Raybestos selects for heat resistance, performance and durability.
- OE-matched materials: The materials match OE specifications and meet vehicle-specific designs.
- Pressure tested: Every caliper is 100% pressure tested. Silicone boots are used for heavy-duty applications where applicable.
Specifications: The casting is cast iron. The piston diameter is 2 in (50.8 mm), and the bleeder screw thread is M10x1.5. Country of origin: Mexico.
This caliper is cataloged for both the front left and front right positions. It is sold individually, one caliper per listing. Replacing both front calipers together is recommended for even, balanced braking.
