A thermostat regulates the flow of coolant between the engine and radiator to bring the engine up to operating temperature and hold it there. This one drops in as a direct-fit replacement for a wide range of medium- and heavy-duty trucks, buses and equipment — including the 2007-2013 American LaFrance Condor, 2009-2018 Autocar Xpeditor, 2012-2025 Freightliner 108SD, 2008-2025 Freightliner M2 106 and many more L6-8.3L, L6-8.9L and L6-10.8L applications (see the Buyer's Guide tab for the full list).
