Description

Keep coolant moving through your electric vehicle's cooling circuit with the GATES heater hose 12558, a ThermalPro Premium Molded Heater Hose that fits the pump (left) to 4-way valve position. This factory-molded, OEM-style GATES molded heater hose is built for the 2012-2016 Tesla Motors and 2014-2016 Tesla S (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine details), shaped to fit today's smaller, tighter-fitting engine compartments.

Construction: EPDM tube, synthetic fiber knit reinforcement, and EPDM cover.
Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation — the leading cause of hose failure.
Specifications: meets SAE 20R3 Type EC Class D-1 and D-2, with a temperature range of -40°F to 275°F (-40°C to 135°C).
Applications: can be used for coolant, water, and air applications, and is also approved for marine use; do not use for fuel or oil transfer.
