Description

Keep coolant moving cleanly to the cabin heater core with the Gates Premium Modular Coolant Hose 52102, a direct-fit heater hose assembly for the 2011-2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty, the 2011 and 2013-2016 Ford F-350, and the 2011-2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty (see the Buyer's Guide tab for engine-level fitment). It serves the heater-outlet position and is built as a modular assembly with the OEM-exact components the application requires.

Modular assembly: manufactured to fit specific applications with OEM-exact integrated components such as quick connects, branch connectors/tees, sensors and restrictors.
EPDM construction: EPDM tube with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement and a heat-, ozone- and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover.
Engineered durability: specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum and resist electrochemical degradation, a leading cause of hose failure.
Standards: meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D1 under 25mm (1 in.) ID and SAE 20R4 EC Class D1 for 25mm (1 in.) ID and over; temperature range -40°F to +257°F (-40°C to +125°C).

Not for fuel or oil transfer applications. Gates recommends replacing clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed.
