It installs as a direct-fit replacement for the listed applications: the 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty Pickup, 2011-2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty, 2011-2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty, and the Ford F-350 (2011, and 2013-2016).
