Take command of your truck's ride with the KYB Gas-a-just High Pressure Monotube Gas Strut (MPN KG9026), a front suspension strut engineered as a direct-fit replacement for the 2000-2006 Toyota Tundra with components and valving designed specifically for Toyota Tundras. It's built as an OE monotube replacement to help restore your vehicle's original capabilities while adding damping for trucks that work, tow, and run larger, heavier tires and wheels.

• Two working chambers: an air-free hydraulic piston and valve area for responsiveness and control, plus a high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber with a floating piston for a comfortable ride and instant performance on demand.
• High-pressure monotube design: separates the gas and oil for fade-free operation and quick response, with higher gas pressure that helps improve steering response.
• Triple chrome-plated piston rod: an ultra-smooth rod that helps reduce seal wear, since fluid leaking can be a cause of shock failure.
• Adds up to 25% more damping over original equipment shocks and helps keep Electronic Safety Systems performing as designed.

To reduce the chance of noise and vibration, KYB recommends installing new strut mounts, part number SM5442.
