Standard Ignition Distributor Cap P/N:JH-132

Keep high-voltage spark headed to the right cylinder with the Standard Distributor Cap JH-132, a direct-fit replacement for the 1988-1989 Mazda 323 and the 1991-1994 Mercury Capri. The cap sits on top of the distributor, where the rotor passes voltage from the ignition coil to each spark plug wire terminal in firing order. See the Buyer's Guide tab for engine details.

Signs a distributor cap may need replacing include cracks, carbon tracks or corroded terminals, along with misfires, rough running or hard starting. These symptoms can also have other causes, so diagnose the ignition system before replacing parts. If a worn cap is the cause, the JH-132 replaces it.
