Standard Ignition Distributor Rotor P/N:AL-152
Help deliver high-voltage spark to every plug with the Standard Ignition Distributor Rotor AL-154. It fits many vehicles as a direct-fit replacement, among them the 1960-1971 Jeep CJ5 and the 1960-1971 Jeep CJ6. It also fits many more classic Jeep and Checker models. See the "Vehicles it fits" section for the full list and engine details.
The rotor rides on the distributor shaft and turns inside the distributor cap. As it spins, it passes high voltage from the coil to each spark-plug terminal in turn.
Signs a rotor may need replacing: misfires, hard starting, rough running or hesitation, and a rotor that is burned, eroded, cracked or carbon-tracked. Diagnose the ignition system before replacing parts, since other components can cause the same symptoms.
