Each non-plated caliper is remanufactured from an OE core with all-new rubber and sealing components; castings, guide pins, and the bracket are carefully inspected before being reused, then the assembly is tested for reliable braking performance.

• New sealing components: seals, boots, bleeder screws, abutment hardware, banjo bolts, and O-rings are replaced with new materials for leak-free operation.
• EPDM70 rubber: rubber components chosen for heat resistance, performance, and durability; silicone boots on heavy-duty applications where applicable.
• 100% pressure tested: every caliper is pressure tested before it ships.
• Build details: aluminum caliper casting with a coated finish, a single floating-caliper piston measuring 2.003 in (50.876 mm), M10X1.00 bleeder screw thread, and the mounting bracket included (M14 bracket mounting holes).

As a floating caliper, it slides on its guide pins so the single piston clamps the pads against the rotor. If a seized, leaking, or corroded original caliper is behind uneven wear or a soft pedal on your truck or SUV, this assembly replaces it.
