Description

Swap out a worn Ram 1500 lower control arm with the Mevotech TTX Suspension Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly (CTXMS25149), a front left lower unit engineered for high-usage passenger trucks, fleets and working vehicles. It's a direct-fit replacement for the 2006-2010 Dodge Ram 1500, 2011-2018 Ram 1500, and 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic. See the Buyer's Guide tab for full engine coverage.

Maximum toughness: patented sintered bearings for longer-lasting performance.
Superior seal: the Integri-Boot design built into the ball joint helps lock out moisture and contaminants.
Increased stiffness: bushings with a solid cross section and added knurling help improve handling.
Simple to service: a 90-degree SAE grease fitting, a part-specific slotted castle nut and a snap cotter pin are included for quick installation.

The application-specific ball stud uses a larger sphere, and a thicker, stronger flange helps prevent deformation during installation. Pre-applied nylok thread adhesive keeps fasteners secure and vibration resistant. Cast steel construction meets or exceeds OE specifications, and the Repel-TEK surface treatment guards against rust build-up for a longer service life. If a failed front left lower control arm or ball joint is behind clunking, loose steering or uneven tire wear, this assembly replaces it.
