It's a floating caliper cataloged as a direct-fit replacement for the 2011-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD, 2016-2019 Chevrolet Suburban and Suburban 3500 HD, and 2011-2019 GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD.
